Q. What is the Returns Policy?
A.
1. Custom Orders (products that are made to order or shipped internationally to fill your order, are not returnable).
2. Products found to have a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage may be returned within 30 days. However it is best to report the issue to us as soon as it arrives, preferably while the shipper is still present, and the packaging still intact and available. In this way we avoid the uncomfortable issue of who is at fault for the damage etc. And the same shipper can be asked to return the item to its origin.
3. Buyers Remorse: We will accept returns within 10 days of delivery. You will however be responsible for the cost of inbound and return shipping as well as a 30% restocking fee.
We advise you to return the product in its original packaging or you will have to pay for and provide equivalent professional packaging before return shipping.

A. We are a small family run company. When you call, you are probably speaking to a member of the family and partner in the company. The company was built upon an interior design firm which itself was founded by Judith Stern in 1967.
