Fundamentally it may be inspired by Mies Van Der Rohe's MR chair,
but it departs from the ephemeral elegance of Mies' design,
making an entirely different style statement

Strong and sophisticated, the Catalan is remarkably unique, just like you.

If the Bauhaus had persisted intact into the 21st Century,
we would imagine that this is the sort of style that we might expect from them.
