| Question 1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Answer: Generally in stock items take between 10 days and 3 weeks depending on the manufacturer from which they are coming. Out of stock and also custom orders take between 4 and 14 weeks. We understand that these are very wide ranges - here's why: Our products are carefully selected from a large number of manufacturers around the globe. Each manufacturer and each product that they produce has a different estimated delivery schedule depending on their location, availability of stocked items, time to manufacture out of stock or custom items, time to prepare for shipping, time to ship etc. In summary: you will need to speak with one of our expert and friendly customer service representatives, to find out the estimated delivery date for a specific product. Question 2. How will my order be delivered? Answer: There are several types of shipping and many freight companies that might be used, depending on your needs and the specific qualities and characteristics of your products, as well as the shipping address and manufacturer locations. Most deliveries are 'curbside' unless otherwise stated. This means your products will be delivered to the curb outside your building. The shipper is not responsible for bringing it inside, unpacking, assembling it or removing the packaging. If an item is large we do not recommend curbside delivery - unless you have some strong friends available to help you. White Glove Shipping: is always available for any product and some products require it - eg. Beds and most dining tables. White Glove delivery brings the item(s) inside your home, places them where you want them, unpacks, assembles them and removes packaging materials. White Glove pricing is generally a little more expensive than 'curbside' (although not always). Our customers tell us that white glove delivery is a good investment. |
